Bailey and her cousin Kona were playing with these balloons on this wonderfully rainy Easter evening and I glance over and this is how I found my child:
I'm wondering if this is her version of an African tribal neck jewelry piece (pardon my offensive description) or a makeshift noose. It's extremely hard to tell and I honestly am not sure which I'd prefer it to be. They're both a bit scarring. How about we just pop the balloon and be done with it? Yeah, I prefer that approach too.
